About Eagle Bay
Eagle Bay has a unique and special character widely recognized and valued by residents and visitors alike. High quality houses, with views of the ocean and spectacular coastline, sit comfortably in a landscape of wooded hills running down to clean white beaches fringing a protected blue bay.
Non urban beach-side character, the intimate size of the community, low traffic volumes and speeds, low density of development and a well vegetated rural residential environment all contribute to making Eagle Bay an attractive place to visit and live. However, the very factors, which make the area so attractive also leads to pressures which threaten these unique attributes.
If you are a property owner in Eagle Bay and have an interest in protecting the bay and its unique environment, then you can help preserve this special place by joining the Residents of Eagle Bay Association.
